Yes, always. Every custom piece goes through a CAD review before any metal is cut. You see exactly what you are getting and can request changes — different prong style, wider band, larger center stone — before we commit to the build.

Two rounds of CAD revisions are included in every custom build. Most clients only need one — the inspiration usually translates cleanly. If we need more revisions because the vision is still evolving, we keep going; we want you to love it before we cast.

We have not had this happen because the CAD step prevents surprises. If something is genuinely wrong — a stone is loose, a setting is off, the metal is the wrong tone — we fix it. Custom pieces are not returnable for a refund, but we stand behind the work.

Absolutely. Heirloom stones, an old ring you want reset, a diamond from a family piece, lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, or gemstones can all work. Bring it to us and we will tell you whether it can be re-used safely and what it would cost to incorporate.

We work with 10k, 14k, and 18k gold in yellow gold, rose gold, and white gold, along with silver. We also work with titanium and platinum when the design calls for a different look, weight, or durability profile.
